Our Unique Features

1) We offer Texas Dwelling Policy Forms 1,2,3 and Homeowners Forms A & B, as well as, Special Mobilehomeowners.

2) Accidental Discharge ( Water ) coverage is offered on TDP-2, TDP-3 & HO-A, HO-B policy forms. Available also on tenant-occupied TDP-2 & 3. Check manual for restrictions.

3) Liability / Medical Payments coverage is offered on all TDP policy forms with the exception of vacant homes, duplexes, triplexes and quadplexes. Also available on tenant-occupied homes.

4) Replacement Cost on Contents offered on Homeowners A & B.

5) Replacement Cost on the dwelling offered on a TDP-3 (including tenant-occupied) and HO-B.

6) Vacant Homes are allowed on a TDP-1 policy form only.

7) Seasonal Homes are allowed on a TDP-1 and Special Mobile Homeowners policies. Please note: If owner resides in home for 6 months or more, not considered seasonal.

8) Exclusions offered for bad roofs, trampolines, diving boards and dogs.

9) Mobile Homeowners coverages include flood and applications require no photos.

10) Discounts offered for insureds with good loss records regardless of the prior insurance carrier.
